Right tip, right surface
A driveway nozzle on stucco leaves scars you cannot paint out easily.
Service
Driveways, siding, patios, and fences pick up a gray film of dust, algae, and last year’s irrigation overspray. We wash at a pressure that matches the material. Concrete can take more. Painted siding cannot.

We keep slurry out of beds and off freshly painted doors.
Washing is the first day of many exterior paint jobs, not an extra.
A gentle wash is often the start of getting grit out of gutters and off glass.
Four even steps, same on a bungalow or a two-story. You get photos when the work is done, not a vague “all set” text.
We check access, set pads, and photograph the starting point.
The scope on the page, in the order that protects the house.
Water flow, paint edges, or fasteners get a last pass. Debris leaves with us.
A short photo set and anything still worth pricing.

Driveways show tire film. Shaded north walls grow algae. We treat those as different jobs on the same invoice if you want both, and we will refuse a pressure that would strip paint just to make the siding look raw and new.
Some lighten. Set-in automotive stains may need a second product, which we quote.
We keep runoff in check and ask that animals stay inside during the wash.
Roof cleaning is a different service with different tools. See roof and solar cleaning.
Let the wall dry. We schedule paint after the surface is actually ready, not the same afternoon unless the spec allows it.
Tell us the address and the work on your mind. We reply with timing and a plain-language estimate, no hard sell.
