Flooring installation

Luxury vinyl, tile, and wood-look floors with underlayment that belongs to the product, not a leftover roll. Transitions at hallways and sliding doors get as much care as the field.

Floors people notice with their feet

Flat first

High spots and dips telegraph through thin plank. We check the slab or subfloor.

Right product

Kitchens and baths need a different spec than a bedroom.

Quiet edges

Reducers and t-moldings should not click when you walk over them.

Furniture plan

We tell you what to empty. A room half-full is how gaps happen.

How a visit usually runs

Four even steps, same on a bungalow or a two-story. You get photos when the work is done, not a vague “all set” text.

01 Measure and plan

Photos, dimensions, and the constraint that will drive the calendar.

02 Price the real work

Materials, trades, and the messy bits, not just the pretty bits.

03 Build in order

Demo through finish with a tidy site at the end of each day.

04 Walk the room

Punch list in person, then closeout notes.

What we watch for on your house

Many homes want a single plank through kitchen and hall so the house feels larger. That only works if the product can take water at the sink. We will steer you off a pretty sample that will swell at the dishwasher.

Questions we hear first

How long for a main floor?

Often one to three days once the rooms are empty and the product is on site.

Do you move appliances?

We can. It belongs on the scope so hoses and water lines are handled.

Can you match an existing floor?

Close is possible. Exact is rare. We say which one you are getting.

What about stairs?

Stairs are a separate skill and a separate line. Ask if you need them.

Ready for a clear next step?

Tell us the address and the work on your mind. We reply with timing and a plain-language estimate, no hard sell.
